Advantages
What changes with Biorgmax
The benefits are evident in three areas: the reduction in waste generated, the technology that ensures hygiene, and the savings in day-to-day management. Click on each point to see the details.
Waste and sustainability
Volume reduction
Up to 99.9 % of food waste is converted into water. What used to fill bins no longer exists as solid waste.
Less storage space
Waste is processed as it is generated, so there is no need to store it or set aside space for bins.
Fewer withdrawals
With no accumulated organic waste, there is less need for collection by an external waste management company.
Sustainability
Organic matter no longer ends up in landfill, where it produces methane and can contaminate groundwater.
Less logistics
Less waste transport, fewer journeys and less coordination with the collection service.
Technology and hygiene
Odour control
The process is aerobic, with a constant supply of oxygen, which prevents the odours typically associated with decomposition in the absence of air. Furthermore, a built-in sensor detects unpleasant odours and activates the automatic deodorisation system.
Hygiene
A cleaner and safer working environment. With no accumulated debris, rodents and insects are no longer attracted to the area.
Automation
The machine dispenses the enzymes in each cycle, monitors the weight of the input material and protects the motor without the need for staff intervention.
Ease of use
Touchscreen for process control and settings, power-assisted loading door and emergency stop. Maintenance is minimal.
Monitoring
Usage statistics and real-time monitoring of the quantity of waste fed in and digested.
Cloud
As an optional feature, the Cloud system allows you to monitor performance by the hour, day and month from your computer or mobile phone, and to diagnose and resolve issues remotely.
Object detection
Hard or metallic objects that are accidentally dropped, such as cutlery, are detected on the basis of the relationship between current and weight before they cause damage to the equipment.
Efficiency and savings
Fewer tasks and less manual work
Staff will no longer be taking out, moving or cleaning organic waste bins.
Continuous feeding
Waste is disposed of as and when it is generated, without waiting for batches to be completed or coordinating with collection times.
Capacity and performance
The most common types of waste are broken down in less than 24 hours, and the enzymes act on all food groups. View times by type of waste.
Cost savings in administration
The costs of waste disposal and transport, electricity consumption and the refrigerated storage space taken up by organic waste are reduced. The return on investment is between one and three years, depending on the model and the sector.
Let’s work out how much you could save
Based on your sector and your daily waste volume, we can estimate the most suitable equipment and its return on investment.
